Proportional valves are used in Thermal Power plants & used for controlling the actuation of main valve and spray valve in the desired position with the help of Automatic Data Processing System.
Proportional valves are connected to the Actuator assembly via Connection manifolds. We have supplied proportional valves with Manifold blocks & also Manifold blocks separately when requirement arises.
VARIANT: 65 lpm_ASM250, 4 lpm_ASM100
The proportional valve assembly consists of a Direction Control valve, Poppet valve, Pilot operated Check valve. All the valves are mounted on the manifold blocks completely machined at our facility. To operate the proportional valves separate software, amplifiers & control cards are used. Back up data & software related to these valves are also available if in case any adjustments are required to be done.
