Electro hydraulic Actuators consists of oil pump driven by the motor delivering pressurized oil to the power cylinder via the filter which is monitored by fouling indicator and the pilot valve.
The Electro-Hydraulic Actuator consists of Oil reservoir, Electric motor, Oil pump, Working Cylinder, Control Unit (Servo-valve), Pressure relief valve, Electric position transmitter, Filters, Indicators & Protection plates. The pump is driven by the electric motor transports the compressed oil to the servo-valve via the oil filters. The working pressure is adjusted on the pressure relief valve which secures the oil circulation before the oil filters. The oil filters are equipped with an electrical filter contamination indicator which monitors the oil pressure before & after the filter. An increase in the differential oil pressure is detected when the contamination level increases.
In the event of failure of compressed oil supply to the working cylinder is hydraulically blocked by the double blocking valve in the servo-valve thus maintaining the last control position.
