High Pressure By-Pass Actuators are used for opening & closing of the pressure lines in Thermal power plants. These actuators are used in Spray valves for cooling the steam lines & for emergency purposes and mainly used for controlling the steam supplied to the systems.
In general, Actuators in HP Bypass system include steam control valves (2), Spray water isolation (1) and spray water control valves (2), electro-hydraulic actuators for the above valves and final control elements (proportional valves) and associated hydraulic power unit (HPU).

Based on the power generation capacity and pressure range the set of actuators are varied in the Thermal power plants.
HP BP Actuators consists of Yoke Assembly, Cylinder Assembly, Coupling & Piston assembly and Connecting Manifolds.
