Manifold Blocks

Manifold Blocks are used for mounting valves or interfacing with multiple connections or ports. They are able to reduce the complexity related to mounting & positioning of the connectors or valves. So, they are used in various hydraulic assemblies. A hydraulic manifold block is the central component of many hydraulic systems, allowing control of fluid flow between pumps, actuators and other components of the system.

Maximum Working Pressure: up to 240 bar

Material used for manufacturing: Aluminium, Mild Steels, Cast Steels, Stainless Steel

Size: Up to 400 x 400 x 200 mm

Expanders:

Expanders are hydraulic sealing plugs used in flow control systems. They can effectively seal drilled holes in fluid systems. They can be easily assembled by pressing the sealing plug into the drilled hole by means of prescribed setting tool.

Expanders consist of a sleeve & ball in which the sleeve is inserted in the bore of the drilled hole and the ball is pressed into the sleeve. The sleeve which has serration on the outer surface will dig into the base metal to provide a secure anchorage.

Maximum Working Pressure: 300 bar/ 4350 psi

Material used for Manufacturing: Stainless steel construction for corrosion resistant application.

Size: Ø 4 mm to Ø 22 mm
